Tybee is a small island with some big stars.  Although it was not our first encounter, today, we sat down with the dynamic duo - K9 Rocky and his handler, Lieutenant Emory Randolph.  The pair are internationally recognized in the world of law enforcement.  Not only do they protect and serve this island's community, but they also bring people together in fun and lasting ways.
