Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Not entirely satisfied with your  Shirookami™ product?  Initiate a return by contacting us.   Products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of order delivery date to the customer, provided the merchandise is:

  • in new condition
  • has original tags attached
  • unaltered
  • unwashed and unworn
  • has original invoice included
  • was ordered via the  Shirookami™ website, shirookami.com

If merchandise does not meet any of the requirements, we reserve the right to deny a refund, return, or exchange. Please allow up to three weeks to process your return, which will take the form of original payment.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Final clearance items are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit.  Customized items, such as commissioned design requests as per customer specifications, are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit.  Items no longer in stock are not eligible for an exchange, but are eligible for a full refund once the returned item is received.

EXCHANGES

All dog products except the Shirookami™ Fetching Dog Performance Hoodie are eligible for exchanges, provided the item is the same type and color.  Unfortunately, we are unable to process online returns or exchanges of human apparel at this time.
