SHIPPING POLICY

Shirookami™ works with partners to ship products from our domestic warehouse as well as international partner fulfillment centers.  Depending on the product type, shipping methods and options will vary.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders of $100.00 USD or more for qualifying domestic items (see below).  Applicable to deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States via standard United States Postal Service ground shipping.  Promotional shipping rate is determined by your location and preferred transit time. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Standard Ground: 7-10 business days
Second Day: 2-3 business days
Overnight: 1-2 business days
USPS 1st Priority Mail: 7-10 business days

DOMESTIC ITEMS

Dog products* are shipped domestically in the US from our local Shirookami™ warehouse via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

HUMAN APPAREL

Because some human apparel is sewn by hand and never by automated machinery, these products require extra shipping time.  Extended shipping times are indicated on the product page.  However, expedited shipping may apply to these products to bypass extended shipping times.

SHIPPING DEADLINES

We want to let your experience with our products begin as soon as possible.  To ensure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, please place your order and authorize your payment before noon (12:00PM EST).  Orders placed after 12:00PM EST time will be processed the following business day. Allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on selected shipping method. 

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

During extenuating circumstances, such as holiday seasons, natural disasters, or  pandemics, delays in processing may occur.  If your order is delayed due to these circumstances, please contact us.
